Although we grew up canning our own jams and pickled items, our attention turned to our true love; salsa. We have spent hours perfecting the perfect salsa recipe. We're sure you'll agree this is much better than any salsa found in the grocery store. Now a note about our specialty salsas. Almost ten years ago someone introduced us to fruit salsa. We cringed a little; how does salsa and fruit go together? We soon found it really does go together. Our fruit salsas are best enjoyed by those who don't think of themselves as salsa lovers. They have become our best selling items for two reasons; they are so healthy and so good.
